5 Critical Elements on Calling Network Marketing Prospects

I have been following Todd Falcone for some time now. Why?
Twenty years of experience, bottom line.
His business is to train people to be successful at network marketing.
The truth is if you are really going to produce an income and be successful at network marketing
you will have to be proficient at using the phone, yes I said it , the phone!
I utilize the internet to bring in and capture leads but it always comes down to phone skills.
Todd knows this and listening to him call leads is fun and will show you how easy it can be...
You can follow Mr. Falcone on Facebook, it is worth your time, find him at Todd Falcone Network marketing Mastery.
His live lead calling is on Mondays nights, find the information at the above Facebook fan page.
If you want to be successful follow and learn from those that already are.. bottom line.

Here is a recap of his tips and five critical elements to have success when calling network marketing prospects.

1.Use a good connection and a headset.
Todd points out, and I agree that it is good to be able to move around.
It brings the energy levels up and that way you are not tied to a phone. If you have new equipment try it out on a couple friends or team members before using it to call prospects.
You get one chance at a good impression on the phone!
When they answer introduce yourself and let them know where you are from. Use their first name when asking, Hey Is Bob there? or Hi Bob.

2. Match the pace, volume and tone of message prospect or customer.
This is important in building a rapport with this new person.
The more that you are like them in these items the quicker you will be able to build that important bridge quickly.
If they are comfortable with you on the phone, the better chance that you have of building a connection.

3.Make it personal if you can.
A little research on Facebook first can be handy, now I know Todd does not spend the time to do this. 85% of my leads, prospects and customers are on Facebook. It allows me to find some things in common before I connect with them.
Wait on the friend request though until you have a relationship started or they at least know who you are.

4. Use the prospects first name
When someone answers, quickly just ask if  "Joe" is there. I always just say "Hey Joe", if the person answering is not Joe then they will get "Joe " for you.
You have to be natural, comfortable and in charge. This all comes with time, it comes with practice. The best way to practice is calling leads!
Using the first name will sometimes lead them to believe that they have spoke with you before or may know you.
Stay away from using their full name, seem personal and  you will get their interest quicker.

5. Introduce yourself.
I use this and Todd recommends that you introduce your self first and last name,
where you are located and the first question directly following then pause for an answer.
It is important as you are being personal with them yet professional, your location gets them realizing you are a real person. Important!
They have to know, like and trust you to want to do business with you. This introduction should be directly followed by the reason for the call and a question. Here is an example
"Hi Joe, this is Ken Kinstle, here in Rapid City South Dakota. You signed up for some information at my website. Are you still interested in making an income from home?"
Then pause.. It is critical to do the introduction, question and pause.

Listen and take notes, even their tone in a recorded message will tell you a lot.
Make a note on everything that they tell you and determine if this person is someone that you will want to do business with.

Leave a compelling message. When calling people, you will leave a lot of messages! Match their tone if you have heard it..
Use your introduction and ask them if they are serious to return your call.
Leave your "direct" phone number. I use my personal cell phone number and tell them it is your personal number.
Let them know early that you are personally accessible to their calls and needs.

The hardest thing to do is GET Started. This gets better and more comfortable. If you don't want to use the phone STOP NOW.
Do not take it personal,  you will get hang ups, crabby people and everything else. You will have to NOT take it personal and call the next person, this also takes time.
Be confident and real. Being comfortable takes following the script until it becomes natural.
The more you practice, the more comfortable you will be and the more success that you will have!

You need to take action! Actually the truth is you can have great results whether you are a complete newbie or an experienced internet marketer. How to Use Tags

·    Posting as Your Page
·    Getting the Most Miles from Your Post
·    Posting at the Right Time
Things to avoid
·    Spamming
·    Mass Friend Requests
Use simple, proven methods that the most popular fan pages employ. That is right, copy what really works and personalize it to your fan base. One of the simplest and most powerful things you can do is provide your pages with the human touch. Yes you should post good quality information about your products and services. The most successful Facebook pages have a knack at connecting with people and showing the fans the owner’s unique personality, creating a bond with them. Once in a while take a break from the information and give them a glimpse into who you are with interesting pictures and posts. You can connect with your fans by allowing them to relate or at least appreciate who you are through your posts. Write your posts like you were writing them to your friends, remember people do business with people they know like and trust. Use this formula to be the most effective, 85 percent information and quality content, 15 percent of your posts which will be personal, motivating and share your world with your fans. Use this formula to build that trust bridge. Think about the pictures that display on your fan page. Remember to use this internet real estate carefully! Here are some picture tips.. Use a 720 x 720 pixel image and you can add text to the image and a link in the picture description, anytime someone gets interested and clicks on the pictures they will have a link right to that product or programs sales page. It is like a mini ad on your page. Use this to also connect with people giving a glimpse into who you are, what you stand for and how much you care.

Create fantastic content, lots of it! Remember to vary your content while some people might love your articles, others prefer and stay more attuned to videos, while yet other like to hear audios. You can cover your bases by creating different content from the same thoughts. Take your written information and create a video, now this doesn't have to show your face reading your article you van very easily make videos from slide shows and screen captures. Use the narration (the actual article content read) as an audio and publish these to many places promoting your content. Remember though the most powerful videos will have a personal video message from you, again connecting, entertaining and educating your fans. Remember the pictures and always add them even to your written content so when you share this on Facebook it makes an interesting status update on your page with a beautiful or compelling photo.
Encourage and maximize "likes" and comments. As your page starts to generate some interest and you have fans like your posts, updates or pictures always remember to thank them and encourage more engagement. Use the personal "tag" when thanking them and ask a pertinent question or try to encourage or edify them in some way. Eventually your fans will comment on your posts, videos and pictures, don't leave them hanging, always engage, encourage and leave them feeling good that they "liked" or commented on your stuff. This is not a Facebook only technique my friends but applies to every social media, blog or website. Engage, encourage and build relationships with those that are spending their precious time on your web properties.

The facts are that your competitors are probably building on Facebook right now! Do not let your lack of action cost you a fortune. Actually marketing on Facebook will not cost you a fortune, but not marketing on Facebook will COST YOU A FORTUNE!
